I made a mistake with my order! What can I do?

Don’t panic! Kindly call the outlet you ordered from, stating your Order Number. You will be able to retrieve the contact details under their listing’s ‘More Information’. Alternatively, you can reach YQueue Support at +65 6904 4827.

How do I know my order went through?

YQueue App: Retrieve your order receipts in the App, from the bottom second icon ‘Order History’. QR/Web-app: Retrieve your order receipts from your email used to register the YQueue account.

What payments does YQueue accept?

We go cashless! YQueue App: Pay via DBS PayLah! or any DBS debit/credit cards. QR/Web-app: Pay via Master or Visa debit/credit cards, Alipay or WeChat Pay. Kiosk: Pay via NETSPay App, DBS PayLah!, OCBC Pay Anyone, UOB Mighty, Alipay, WeChat Pay, GrabPay or Singtel Dash. In the presence of a NETS Terminal, pay via your NETS card and Master or Visa debit/credit cards.

How can I preorder by location?

The YQueue App will automatically list nearest F&B merchants based on your location. To select another location, tap the address field on the landing page and input your desired location.
